I'd start with calculations of lumens per sf. what do you desire? 50? 80? Other what colors are your floors, walls and ceiling?

On my IFR ride, the examiner gave me a non published hold. I had never done this particular hold before, but by the time you get towards the end of your training, it's really just another set of data.
