    6Y9 2024 Fly in/camp out

Dang! We'll miss you! We had the lodge last year, and I recommend it. I think Kent's had it in the past, too. If a bunch of people in tents want to grab it, it would work well! Not a lot of privacy though, and only a single washroom, IIRC.

It's Bob Bement and a news about a few fly-ins.

Bob, it's great hearing from you again! Been many years since we met at Gastons! Great to see you're still flying, and I wish I could say the same!

    Oshkosh 2024 - Who's going?

Yup. I caught it Friday night (remotely). We’re going to be there in person again next year! And we have rented RVs from local companies for a few years now. Generally, it has been pretty good, and if there are problems with the RV, they will come out and repair or even swap out the RV...

    Maverick Gone West

I remember meeting her at one of the flyins too. I think she was running late that day. KMIE does sound right, though it’s been years. And sorry about the Tuesday dinner, @Missa .

    #OSH23 Jambalaya/Chili Party Tuesday

!!!ATTENTION!!! We will NOT have a Jambalaya night in 2024! We've decided to take a short(?) break and rejuvenate! We wanted to give everyone enough notice! If someone wants to take it over for the year, contact me and we'll see how we can assist! We're still determining if we'll be attending...

Bryan gives shout-out to PoA on SMAC

I noted that Bryan @SixPapaCharlie gave a shout-out (at least I'm taking it that way) to PoA on the 2024 Sun 'n Fun Stuck Mic Avcast episode. Offered without commentary!

Darn, I wish I was current so I could get in on something like this. Of course then I'd need to get an IPC or I'd be stuck under that layer over Chicago!

    Lewiston, ME

The appalling events in Lewiston, ME this week made me wonder how @Lawreston (Harley Reich) is doing. He's from just 20 miles from there, and hasn't logged on here since 2019. Grant

    Brookeridge LL22 Fly-in, Sept 9th

I went, because AOPA was doing their Rusty Pilot seminar there that I attended. Fun little thing (and I stress little). Joliet's (KJOT) was the next weekend, and I did that too. :)

    6Y9 2023 Fly in/camp out

We’re back home. Listened to Margaritaville Radio all the way home. Had a great time at our 17th time up there. Thanks so much to Diz, Brad, and EdFred’s for making this possible and to everyone who showed up. Condolences to those who were unable to make it this year; it was great! I’d tell you...
