Could I have a pizza delivered to N40?

I've heard people order pizza over the marine radio to be delivered to the guest dock at the marina before, so maybe you are in luck.

    Emergency Descent

Emergency descent is primarily a maneuver for pressurized high performance aircraft. The main reason you would do one is for a sudden uncontrolled pressurization loss. The purpose (and certification requirement) is to get from a high altitude cruise to an altitude with a breathable atmosphere in...

    A really cheap pilot

He isn't just cheap he is dishonest. How is this any different than walking out on the check at a restaurant?

    What's in your Pilot bag?

    Pre-Takeoff Brief

Our briefings are fairly extensive, but a lot of verbage can be reduced by "standard company calls and procedures." Generally there are three parts: Crew briefing, which covers CRM/Sterile cockpit, Flight plan verification (correct tail number mainly) MEL/CDL items, WX, notams, Hazmat and if...

    Single Pilot Cargo Study

Good luck retrofitting the majority of cargo fleets. Keep in mind cargo is where aging airplanes go to die. "Modern" cargo planes are B-757/767, MD-11F, MD-10 and A-300's. After airplanes are no longer economically viable as passenger planes they are converted to freighters. The latest are the...

    Does this look legit? (ADS-B)

I'm a little concerned about rock damage from the tailwheel also. But we will see when the time comes. On the plus side the tail light is the last non-LED light on the plane.

    Does this look legit? (ADS-B)

No VOR installed no IFR planned. So don't really care as long as it meets the requirement to have it. Or, I could just stay away from Anchorage airspace.

    Does this look legit? (ADS-B)

There is a tail light version also in the works if you don't want to replace your wingtip strobes. Since I don't really care about the "in" stuff, I am looking at this for my C-180.
