I have had my Model 3 for two years and 18,000 miles. Thus far, my maintenance has been topping off the wiper fluid once. That’s it. No trips to the gas station once a week. No time wasted at the quickie lube or dealership. Basically a maintenance free car. Best car I have ever owned!

You stated that you pled guilty. That’s all that matters to the FAA. You will have to follow your AME’s guidance if you want to pursue your certification.

The only relevant phrase from your story is “I plead guilty to DUI”. Those words have consequences, and the FAA does not care about the mitigating circumstances. Follow the guidance from your AME if you want to move forward.
