    OSH Severe Storm

Tents and pop up canopies on both sides of me are down, one tent is torn. The camper across from me has his awning ripped off. Hopefully the next round is milder.

    First Oshkosh '22 Incident?

I took this through the fence.

OSH22 Attedance - More or less than pre-COVID?

I'm leaving Ohio early Thursday pulling my camper, 535 miles. I'm adding an hour drive but gaining 70 miles by going up though Michigan than across Ohio and Indiana. But I'm "saving" money by avoiding the tolls. Sometime I still wish I lived in Wisconsin.

    Any Hunters in Here?

If you really want to kill hogs.....just about any caliber can do it.

    Any Hunters in Here?

No room with my pistol safe and my bow case under the bed already there. And who the hell knows what's under my wifes side. Probably clothes since she doesn't understand how the laundry chute in our bathroom works.

    Any Hunters in Here?

That's why I don't have a shotgun in my bedroom now. My 5 year olds room is across the stairs from mine. Granted I would be aiming down the stairs and he would be in the back bedroom with mom if it came to that, but I would rather engage with a pistol first if an intruder got upstairs first.

    Any Hunters in Here?

If I didn't have a 5 year old at home I would keep a loaded 12 gauge under my bed. 00 buckshot to the melon will solve your home intruder problem. I'm still looking at mounting one in my closet above the door frame.

    Any Hunters in Here?

As a retired police officer myself, most cops are better off throwing an empty gun at someone. You would be surprised how bad many are at hitting a target. Put them in a stressful situation, all bets are off. Shooting is a perishable skill, and most departments/officers don't want to put in the...

    Any Hunters in Here?

I haven't looked at gunbroker in a long time. Seemed more inflated than the aircraft market the past few years. And they started collecting sales tax this past year, on top of the auction fees, unlike other auction sites. Sort of turned me off to them. Plus a lot of morons who don't understand...

    Any Hunters in Here?

You won't go wrong with this. Don't know the scope, though. I've bought from this auction house a few times. They won't sell junk or misrepresent items. The Sako that they also have listed with no bids would also be a great pickup; they make Tikkas...

    Any Hunters in Here?

If you're going to buy one rifle to last you the rest of your life, paying the price for a Tikka is worth it. The only complaint is extra mags are a little pricey.

    Any Hunters in Here?

The action and triggers are amazing. But I also bought my last Tikkas some 10 years ago before they got really popular and the price was around $600 NIB. One in 300 wsm in lefty for me. And one in 7mm-08 for my wife.

    Any Hunters in Here?

I have a 6.5 creedmoor PSA AR-10 with Vortex optics. 300 yard shots all day long are easy. 270 or 243 are a great all around for a bolt gun, especially for lighter recoil. I love Tikka rifles. But if you have a Dunhams store near you, they sometimes have great deals on Ruger Americans. I picked...

    Urban Meyer [NA]

He was sitting, so it was a lap dance, IMHO. But either way, doesn't look good. I'll be in Columbus in a few weeks for a boys weekend. If anybody wants a review of the place, I'll check it out! He won't be fired just for this, but it will be a small part of it. The NFL has a way of looking the...

    Urban Meyer [NA]

Possible. Depends on if she worked there or not, I would think. Either way, I'm surprised he still has a job. I give it 2 more weeks tops and he's gone. They will play it smart and wait until they get to their bye week and kick him out the door. But I also won't be surprised if it happens sooner.

Still has family in area he said he was visiting. And he owns the place where he got the lapdance.

    TBM700 down, Urbana, OH

My cousin worked with him at the local hospital. She heard from his family that he was having a medical incident and was trying to get down fast, but didn't make it. No autopsy because he was buried right away due to Jewish rites.
