That PA-11 on Sport Aviation is probably my favorite.

We looked all over for a dog friendly hotel at Mackinac and went with Mission Point. Enjoyed it very much and loved running the island. Loved the food at Mission Point.

I found the DA-40 more fun to fly than the SR22. They seem like a better value as well.

We did this in the Spring. That is quite a hike in places. A good workout.

This super simple solution solved it for me: Initially, my headset volume was turned all the way up. When I moved the sliders to the middle and turned the volume up on the radio and intercom the pulsating strobe noise went away! Try that first.

I’ve done it about ten times now and find the bravo flights to be the most fun and least hectic. So I was about half and half. Recently switched to always going in the bravo.

Straight floats (without retractable gear) is far easier to insure. I know a high time pilot with a new Icon that is paying $38,000 a year to insure until he gets 100 hours in type. After that the premiums drop 50 percent.
