Im trying to do a panel upgrade (previous post). Essentially 2-G5's; GTN 650 (replacing 430); JPI 900 Engine Monitor; and some lighting. The shop suggested an upgrade in xpdr but not sure I should. I also fly with a Stratus/ipad/foreglight setup.

Is there a good reason to swap these two xpdrs?

Yeah, I’m inclined to stay ipad and ForeFlight as the ability to upgrade hardware and software is much easier. The other option is to keep the 430w as #2 and the 650 as #1. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Not only prettier but I believe safer. All the items will add to my capability to fly the plane better. Engine monitor. Enhanced IFR tools with G5’s and situational awareness with an upgraded GPS. And yes some pretty too.....
