Don’t even think about “running”...a brisk walk is all that is necessary to reach target heart rate.

I put a flagged (red Mylar tape) doubled up pipe cleaner in mine. If I ever forget to remove them, enough air can get by to vent the tanks. I’ve seen some people use RainBird irrigation system “dog n cat” filters and leave them in place.
