This week during a brief visit to Cedar Key, I noted the new addition of a weather reporting device installed close to the windsock. I had confirmed a few weeks ago with the County Council that AWOS was coming. ….about to get fancy! Know there’s a few here that land there.

That’s what I’d consider keeping a low profile with the FAA - a good thing IMHO. Flying beneath the radar so to speak.
