We can probably fabricate something that works but being able to ascertain a part number would save a lot of time and effort.

Oh yeah, I’m not worried about the lock itself, that’s the easy part. But it’s also missing the bar that connects the lock cylinder to the locking bar in the back of the box. And I think one of the brackets that hold that connecting bar in place.

Yup, that makes a ton of sense. I realized as i was typing the above reply that I wasn't getting a true phase-to-neutral reading using just the socket. I'll pop the cover off tomorrow just to take a peek, and check on that GFCI outlet. Thanks for the (in)sanity check!
