While keeping my eyes out for the geese at Y19, I looked over to make sure I stayed in the pattern and realized I was looking down at a bald eagle. That was pretty cool seeing one from above.

I don't know any A&Ps in the area, but are you talking about Sioux CITY, which is in Iowa, or Sioux FALLS, which is in South Dakota? Granted, there is a North Sioux City in SD, which also has a small airport.

As someone who is currently helping a friend make a decision on a full avionics upgrade, why do you say that? We have been looking at the Dynon, but only because it seems like a lot of bang for the buck.
