    Horizon Jumpseater goes crazy

And there there you have it folks, that's why pilots don't report it when they have mental issues.

Ah yes, the "suck it up and get back to work" approach. Works great!

    ORD remains the worst

I will say that flying an airliner in and out of ORD is a relatively pleasant experience, at least compared to EWR. Ground can be intimidating at first, but once you get the method to their madness it isn't that bad. They also don't shut the entire airspace down because of a cloud over Scranton.

    Hilariously wasteful charter flight

The PC-12 could land at the airport that was down the street. The G4 would have to land much further away. And on a trip that short there isn't much of a time difference

    Hilariously wasteful charter flight

Yes. Not sure about a citation, it was a G4 and a PC12 for a long time. Yes.

    Front Range flying

I would imagine the turbulence there is way worse on windy days than it is in New England.

    Hilariously wasteful charter flight

Flew a PC-12 to pick up sandwiches to fly them to western MA from ACY for a certain disgraced comedian.

    Front Range flying

Tossing around the idea of moving to the Denver area from New England. What is the flying like around there? I've been in and out of there plenty of times in a work airplane, but never in a GA airplane. Seems like there is always something crazy going on, with winds in the winter and storms in...

Garmin G5 Calibration Pitch Shows Nose High Level Flight

Your students are going to be in for a heck of a surprise when they move on to another aircraft that has properly configured avionics and have to fly level flight based on actual aircraft attitude.

Thank you for posting that Martin. Amazing how many people don’t grasp that concept.

Another IT guy lost to Aviation

I have about 2500 hours in the PC-12. It is an awesome, capable airplane. Please don’t do that…..

Assuming it's configured correctly by your installer, yes.

    Garmin Avionics & ForeFlight

I don’t think it will send AHRS data to Foreflight. I have a GTX345 transponder, and that send AHRS data. The Bluetooth on the G3X in my installation is only for flight plan transfer.
