    Actually, about the above: - Practice approaches I believe means "getting vectored" by ATC, i.e. I can still go to an airport and use an approach (say VOR-A) without ATC involvement and that would be OK. I'm not increasing their workload at all in that case (or very slightly). - One could argue...
