Not at all!! I would snap away, and happily do. Most owners would be fine with someone taking pics of their airplanes... I just snapped a few on the ramp yesterday actually.... seemingly their pilots are pre-occupied at the moment.

I am a local, and work at YVR. Personally, I would steer way clear of the International airport. Boundary bay is a great choice, with customs on site. It will be pain free. Rental cars can easily be arranged there, they will bring it to you. They strive to be a proper FBO for GA.

There in lies the problem, you just can't keep them all. BUT I am sure it has been fun while it lasted. Maybe someone on here will be inspired to carry on with the Toot.
