I like the Stratux that I built, and it has been awhile. You have to be disciplined about the shut down sequence. I usually start it after my ground run up is done.

In the real world, the Exp category panels are really superior to those available for the certified world. I hope the day comes soon when I have the option to put one of those in my plane. Especially using one of the pre fabricated wiring looms and a "junction" box.

I did go as it was close to me. Yep, thin crowd and vendors. And it was HOT. I am building a -10 and the yellow sweepstakes RV-10 took a lot of my time. Got some clues and advise from Dynon/AFS and Garmin. Bought some consumable supplies from Aircraft Spruce. It was OK.
