    They followed me home

Ended up with four wings, two fuselages, one full set of tail feathers, and two engines. Three sets of logs, and three data plates. Then later on (a few days later) ended up with another A65 for $100, and all the 65hp cylinders and pistons they have for $5 each. Here's what followed me...

Damage History - What would you do?

I bought a Cessna 150 once. The logs seemed to be all there dating back to the day it rolled off the assembly line. Had an engine vibration, which I assumed to be the prop out of balance. It was in rough shape anyway so I pulled it and sent it to Sensenich for repair. At the same time, the carb...

Best VFR route from Kansas City to Sacramento

The annual inspection on my airplane usually runs about $350. I do all the work, and fix all the discrepancies. This past annual was closer to $3k, but I had two cylinders overhauled.

Still cleaning your belly with 100LL? Might want to watch this:

what about 2 4 dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, combined with 3,4,5-Trichlorophenoxyacetic acid, and diesel fuel? We used a whole bunch of that for many years for mesquite control. And then Arsenic Acid for cotton defoliation.

    Wake Turbulence - C172 vs 737

My encounter with WT was enroute to a fly in for the latest eclipse. I was overtaken by an Aero Commander. when he got out of sight, I'd forgotten about him. Then the airplane started rolling to the right. took quite a bit of input to coax it back to straight and level. This all about 10 miles...
