Update: I am now highly considering moving the plane to LZU because I am able to get into a hangar immediately. Please reach out if this is of interest!

If your ready to go complex, which i imagine you are, i'll throw the comanche 250 or 260 in the ring. Usually find them with 12000lbs useful load and excellent climb performance. With 2 on board i always see 1500 + climb in my 260B. Can be found for 50-100k.
Oh man! I learned to fly and ultimately became an instructor at Goose Creek airport (28A) just a few miles southeast of here. I took my students weekly to practice at wilgrove! Sad to hear this news. I'd love to take the comanche back over there for old time sake before its too late.
I was sitting at pdk watching all the private charters and personal planes coming in for the LSU / oklahoma game. Game is tomorrow. Sad to see. Most flights waited to leave at 11am ish. Low cielings all over SE.
Comanche 260B or C. Easy 160-165 kts. Can be had with new engine, paint, interior, speed mods and modern avionics for 125ish or better. One of the best buys. Also 1200lbs or greater useful load. Just picked one up myself.
I love the aspen! I bought a 66 comanche 260B a few months back! Amazing machine. Looks like your panel was changed sometime in the past. I'd love to re-organize mine! Amazing planes! I have some speed mods but get over 165kts, usually.
Huntman- any problems with your century 2000? I have a gns...
My math may be wrong but modeling for 50 hours over 12 months looks to be about $10,150 for the year or $203 per hour. Assuming 14 gph @ $5 per gallon.
