Just use a different airport with less FBOs in the Detroit area... ;) I never realized that KTPK has six (!!! o_O) FBOs. We have used ‚Michigan Aviation‘ in the past to pick up / drop of passengers. We really liked that FBO as people were nice and supportive.

Mooneys are slick planes and hard to slow down... :cool::p:rolleyes: :cornut:

It‘s all perspective. See pictures from our plane - the tent was set up in both: The first night was definitely chilly, the second night was ok.
