This is about the most pointless NOTAM I've seen
Just because the FBO is closed doesn't mean that the ramp won't be used. I've dropped off and picked up passengers at airports after the FBO was closed. Plane Sense is 7/7 and has a Kansas City base, which you said you are within 2 hours of. I believe MCI is also a base for NetJets & FlexJets. I still like FltPlanGo (flightplan.com). I use Forflight for work but for my own flying I use FltPlanGo, especially since it is free.- jayhawk74
