I just got a cellular device instead of trying to boost the already crappy internet. Worked great. Controlled my wifi thermostat, unloaded my engine monitor data, downloaded my nav data/charts and streamed the TV/iPad devices. Well worth the small monthly fee.

For ME, Starting at your agreed value of 160 and PA32 type: I’d deduct engine (firewall forward) and prop o/h which gets you probably close to 100. Then I’d deduct 40% for no logs and be willing to pay around 60 total. I treated my logbooks like they were worth 6 figures.

The overall quality of Pilot has dropped considerably over the past decade or so. :)

Don’t mean to pry, but how much do you have in checking, savings, 401K, IRA’s, ETF’s, mutual funds, crypto… :) Nothing wrong with anyones chosen profession but they don’t all pay the same. Not everyone decided to become a teacher.

ForeFlight, Hobbs, engine monitor, watch…whichever gives the most favorable data.

High speed taxi a couple times before takeoff and you’ll be good. It’ll sublimate right off. :)

It’s because they know controllers. Without that, they would have called an error on a controller for only having 2000 ft and the controller would show the slant range math of more than 2500. :)
