I've been thinking about just this lately. While a little 15x isn't exactly my dream plane, I wouldn't mind having one. Economical to operate, and could knock around local and short x-countries knocking off the rust on my PPL....but not economical if an engine issue that really should be...

But could it be that you just don't have whatever specialty wrench was designed for that application? Maybe it's a low profile wrench...a stubby wrench.... a right-angled wrench...etc.... I'm not at all suggesting that this is the case here....just saying that I'm not going to be always...

I suggest to pay attention to the port o john clean out trucks...and try to be the first to visit as they pull away. Smells better and it's a lot cleaner.

I don't think it's as bad as so many of you are making it out to be. Arguably not the most awesome movie ever...and yeah some of the CGI and other stuff missed the mark, but some of it was quite good I thought. The red-tails thing really felt out of place..... a whole story about a bomb group...

I wonder where on the airport the blackhawk was parked. That map makes it seem that the trail runs right down the middle of the ramp and runway....so yeah, I can imagine the helo parking on that ramp area at the North end...seems like a perfectly reasonable spot to park and expect to be safe...

I find this to be an odd concept. Around here, and as far as I know, there is no private ownership...It's either all the hangars are owned by the municipality and are rented out....or in some cases maybe the FBO owns them and rents them out. I'm pretty sure that all around here are municipal.

yeah, some are funny about their spot. I can get a little twinge of that about my parking spot at work for some reason that I can't understand..... We're not that specific about our spot in church.... pretty much anywhere in the South Transept works for us. I personally would prefer anywhere...
