As long as you have a code in your transponder and talking to ATC then you’re fine. I asked about it before departing out of KMDW and they were like don’t worry about the TFR. I think they will vector you away from the inner ring for the VIP stuff, if needed.

I second this, my climb performance was subpar, until I left the throttle in more then I was getting POH numbers. I believe the RPM is off 100-150RPM on my gauge, or might be the angle that I see it, who knows.

Depends on your jurisdiction, some require physical copies that are notarized. You cannot always do everything electronically or on docusign.

It’s something you kind of have to eat the costs. The costs are going to be sneaked in the closing statement somewhere I’m sure of that. Go to your bank and get free notary services. Ask for the closing documents a few days in advance. Send it the cheapie way / FedEx I think has $12 rates...

I personally like the houseboats, I’d rent a kayak or a boat and go around the lake and enjoy the scenery. I was there recently and enjoyed it. Also some nice parks to walk. Portage Bay Arboretum Garden

My airplane has that issue too and it will pull to the left and not fly straight however if I’m using the left fuel tank first then there is a point where the W&B allows the airplane to fly straight. I guess if I’m heavy on the left side of the airplane that it would lean towards the left? But...
