Cessna used to offer so-called "Alaska" paint schemes -- same stripe pattern as normal, but reversing the usual all-over white with a color that would show up in the snow.

I think paint colors have less of an impact on inflight visibility than they do on search-and-rescue. All-over white is not a great idea if most of your flying is in Alaska and you want somebody to find you if you're forced down. Likewise earthtones in the desert or dark colors in forested...
