Hi Dan, my suggestion is to go with the PAR200B. The user interface is much better and it has IntelliAudio. If you break it down it’s actually more cost effective than you think.

All I’ll say is that when selecting an audio panel, keep in mind that it is the central nervous system of your avionics suite. Select the right one for your mission and remember, audio control is our one and only passion (other than flying airplanes) -Mark

NOTE: with the GMA345 it is my understanding that EVERYONE will hear the audio alerts. During installation a switch at the rear of the audio panel can be flipped so then passengers will ALWAYS and ONLY hear music 2. In another words, IMHO, there is no music distribution only music selection.
