    Sounds like a FlightSafety quote. See if SimCom might get you a better deal. It won’t be FFS, but it should still be insurance approved. My guess is you’ll land somewhere near 15k for initial.

    Crosswinds like that at 06C is brutal for light aircraft. Trees to the south make it insane handling fence to touchdown.

    It was easy for me, but I purposely didn’t do an accelerated program. I needed a full ground and 10 or 12 in the plane. I am considering doing an accelerated CFI this fall, but to be fair, I’ve started preparing about 2 months ago.

    We can take it into quite short strips. Boss doesn't like it on gravel however. If you charter it, then it's a 135 trip - which means you can't ride up front :( and I can't be PIC (yet) :( I think market rate for PC12s are 2-2.5k/hr. I wonder what Part we operate under if I charter it.. if 91...

    Bose / Zulu 3 side to side comparison

    I like the mic on the Zulus better, but think the noise protection/hearing clarity on the Bose are much better than the Zulus. In the Zulus I feel like I'm in a tunnel, with the Bose - a quiet room.
