I definitely don't speak chords. And I know this means nothing, but I used to kick butt on Rock Band for the Wii because of the cello. But that's a video game.

To test it more you could've just driven around town today. It was a roller coaster going in and out of MKC today. Bleh.

Ok fine. MY tenants never cared. When we moved back into the house the filter hadn't been changed in over 2 years. And I'm about to nuke the lawn because they never fed it and it looks like garbage now.

September is my vote. Early October can be done too but I got chased home early by icing in October once.

I've done this three times. Not a big fan of being a landlord. If you do this, I would make sure you manage the lawn care and make sure you change the air filters. Your tenants won't care about either.

I have it on good authority that they tried to dispatch the Life Flight helicopter to the scene but they refused due to the weather. It was yucky.

I saw that too, but that approach didn't even look slightly off. It was way off right.
