    Oshkosh 2024 - Who's going?

I always wondered what that area was! Looks very nice in the shade of the trees! I'm a volunteer, but I camp with my plane.

    Oshkosh 2024 - Who's going?

From what I can find on the EAA Forums, it seems there is no difference unless you're North of the Hangar Cafe, which you won't be. We're supposed to put a tag on our tents, but I've never put one on mine and have had no issues.

Does anybody else collect the Aeroshell Cow Posters

Nice. I probably have 6 of them. Last year they decided to do an odd size, hopefully back to normal this year!

    Dan Gryder Lockheed Electra Crash

Good old Dan. He can't even give an account of his own accident without giving his opinion on the one in Chino. Special kind of guy.

Pretty sure this one isn't his. He was flying with the owner's son I believe.

    Air-to-Air Cessna 170

I forgot an important part of the story! One day my friend Travis was showing photos of his Cessna 140A to my friend Tibor who was about to get his Cessna 170 painted. Tibor loved it and asked if he would mind sharing the paint colors. @GeorgeC bought Travis' Cessna 140A. Here is the photo...

Thanks! We were doing a 360, and the sun caught the polished prop just right!

    Air-to-Air Cessna 170

My friend Tibor and I have been talking about taking photos of his Cessna 170 ever since he got it painted. Life got in the way, but we finally got it done. The forecast Friday morning was for clear skies, but Mother Nature didn't listen to the forecast. We launched, hoping the sun would rise...

    Not political but interesting -

Not political, but my 777 is way nicer than his 757. We're both billionaires and neither of us are going to prove it with our tax returns, so don't ask.

    Air-to-Air Cessna 182

Or open in cruise if you need to cool the engine, like when we're flying down low on a very hot day. Mine were open on my photo ship 182 during this shoot.

I came here to mention the team is now Titan, so I guess we won't get the Aeroshell Cow posters, and saw you beat me to it... by three years! I guess it's a been in the works for awhile! Titan Aerobatic Team

    Air-to-Air Cessna 182

Finally got a chance to get in the air with Cody and Michelle in their Cessna 182. They've put a lot of work into this plane and it's pretty impressive.

    Oshkosh 2024 - Who's going?

Yeah, last year I averaged around 15 miles a day walking, but in years past I've exceeded 20! That's a lot for a big boy. This year I'm coming in 30 lbs lighter. Curious to see how much better I feel.

    Oshkosh 2024 - Who's going?

Yeah, the heat can be overwhelming. I'm running around taking photos all day. Sometimes you'll find me back at my plane, sitting under the wing chugging ice water though!!

    Oshkosh 2024 - Who's going?

My 1959 Cessna 182 has a 2016 paint scheme on it. One year the marshaller took a look at my Vintage Area Camping sign and shook his head no. I pointed at the sign again and he walked back and noticed my plane was a straight-tail. He laughed and waved me on.
