    Resetting tripped circuit breaker

With a 13 amp max load, I'd probably use a 20 amp breaker. Approximately 150% of the load, I rest my case.

I can't find the copy of the finished panel on this computer so here's the first 441 I did engine shutdowns on the initial testflight. My Mothers ashes are spread on that mountain off to the right. The first and only time she flew in my airplane.

Who has the wildest paint job

Airbrushed by a master, it was kept under wraps at Weststars paint hangar. Few saw or even knew about it. Very sad to see it painted white again..

Who has the wildest paint job

You see, this is the stuff I like!! That one will take some time to look at. Does it have a story? The tiger raced around the world and won(they cheated), then it was repainted. I ran into it years later and recognized it by the orange paint around the towbar pins. The guy was blown away that...

I've never seen a yoke mounted control like that, Is that a valve? The turn coordinator has a cable from the centering knob, right to the valving, if you look at the pic I put up you can see the lever. I will get a better one of it when I get back to the office later this week.

I designed it to be able to access the LRU's from the baggage door, and access the wiring by removing the the clamshell panel. You can see the AC system coming together there on the left.

    Resetting tripped circuit breaker

at this point I will close this with my old adage, you are putting the cart before the chicken. You all know I can't leave without a story though, This was my van in 1977, just after I graduated high school, we were developing "Big Bertha" to be used in discotheques down in Texas, I have always...

A buddy of mine had a used car lot and ended up with a Ducati 908 that looked like it was hand built, I only rode it a couple times, but that, I think was the beginning of the end! I beat the hell out of an old softail Harley as my last road bike, we live in a small village now and look...

This is a project I was a part of nearly 30 years ago. The most vivid memory of the several copies we made, was the one they brought in from Gabon, West Africa. The African Queen.. I have no before pics of it, but I think N687AE was the bird, you will see this written on a radome in one of the...

Give that man a cigar! I believe the valve assembly came out of the same aircraft. I never worked on this one, but I revived a couple systems years ago.

    Resetting tripped circuit breaker

The 150% rule was widely discussed , and derived, with very long time discussions with field service engineers from multiple manufacturers.. What does this statement say to you: "A circuit breaker must always open before any component downstream can overheat and generate smoke or fire."...

Close:p I only work on marine hydraulics! Many years ago I brought a trim pump from one of my boats in to the accessory shop at Weststar not realizing it was identical to many single engine gear pumps, the guy thought I was trying to take business from him! I used to "ride on the words" out in...
