I'm looking to buy a new starter.
Spruce says no stock. Is there a long lead time on these?
If you can suggest a supplier that has them in stock, please share. Thanks!

Did you call Sky-Tec directly? Last time I bought one of their starters, I worked directly with them. Granted, that was many years ago.

I think I called directly and they found out who had them in stock, very efficient and quick from my experience.

You’re right. I called them up they told me had it in stock. Thanks for the good tip.

I’d caution you on the Sky Tec starters. No one will OH them, and they want a core exchange, even on a new one. I went with a B and C lightweight to replace my Sky Tec.
