IFR approaches in VFR flight

Go here. https://notams.aim.faa.gov/notamSearch/nsapp.html#/
Put the airport in the Location(s) box, K's not needed, click Search.
Select Filters, scroll down a bit and check LTA then click Apply
Thanks for that, very helpful. Interesting that the LTA on practice approaches for DAB encompasses multiple airports that are controlled by Daytona Approach, but the LTA does not show up for the satellite airports. e.g. KFIN is mentioned in the DAB LTA's, but if you search on FIN, it's not there. Good to check the airport/approach that handles your airport if there's nothing noted.

The LTA from the ‘hub’ airports should show up when their ID is entered. It works that way for many I’ve looked at. Why not at FIN et al I don’t know. I assume it’s in error. It used to be to find them you would have to search the ‘hub.’ Sometimes the Approach Control would have an ID that was not an airport. B90 would be an example of that. Then a few years ago they made it that you could enter the airports ID and it would give you the ‘hub’ LTA. Guess the system isn’t perfect.

If you have ForeFlight there’s a quicker way. LTAs will appear in the Procedures Tab. Here’s an example. Try KSBP and KSBA. They both give you the SBA LTA.
