Curious does anyone know if a 37º 1/8" double flaring tool is available? Just a curiosity. I noticed the smallest tube flaring tool is 3/16".

I don't believe they put flares on tubing that small?
I have always used fittings that used a compression furrel for tubing that small.

USATCO used to offer a 1/8" double flare tool but it was very expensive and I believe they dropped it. Regardless, even though the guidance shows double flaring soft metal tubes smaller than 3/8," in practice a single flare is used with AN 818/819 fittings.

I was flaring 1/2" od copper tubing today and noticed my flaring tool goes down to 1/8"!
I have been using it for 25 years and never noticed that it went that small. It only makes single flares.
Inverted flares are only needed for steel tubing that has a welded seam to keep from cracking
I have made some nitrous line on intake manifolds out of 1/8" tubing and used compression fittings that use brass ferrules.

This weekend I was flaring 1/8" 304 stainless which was square cut to the face and de-burred then flared with the Parker tool Gary showed above. Turned out terrific.
