PA32-300 seats and parts interchangeability with PA32R

[Indiana PA32-300]

Hello! Just bought a new (to me) 1979 PA32-300. Left crew seat has the height adjuster locked in place, right crew seat is elevated, cylinder missing and locked in place. I'd like to repair both to functional.

Having a hard time finding PA32-300 seat base parts, so was wondering if the bases and associated parts are interchangeable with a newer 32R or other models possibly?

You might try AvFab. Though they lean toward King Air, etc. seating and interiors, they do repairs and carry seat parts for smaller airframes.

All the seat parts cross over within their respective years, but there were changes over time. A lot of parts are also shared with the PA28 line. It's not terribly hard to find the parts manual online which is a good place to start. I believe there are aftermarket options for those adjusters, but I haven't had to replace one.
