FAA medical omission

I just got my first class medical and didn’t realize I omitted information that needs to be corrected. I was told I need to write a letter to the FAA to let them know about the mistake and to start the process of correcting it. There are multiple addresses online, I’m not sure what the correct address to send it to is. Also, does anyone know what the current turn around time is for the FAA to respond to me? Thanks for the advice in advance.
