any issues on Cessna Twin models that can be considered as "chronic' ..real headaches? hunting PMA/STC ideas that can be turned into projects.

I’d reach out to Tony Saxton @ TAS Aviation. I doubt there is any shop that sees as many 300&400 series Cessnas as they do.

Thank you for your help Ryan! Just looking for PMA/STC ideas that solve real maintenance headaches for owners. Currently looking into Cessna, Piper, and Cirrus.
 
You need to be more specific. There are numerous iterations of the 310, 320, 404, 414, 414A, 340A, 421A, B and C (just to name a few "twin Cessnas"). Each has its own list of things to consider.

At this time I would like to have as many leads as possible. we will not be able to develop every single idea into a PMA/STC project for various reasons.
I would appreciate if you can share with me what you would consider BIG maintenance headaches on any of the models you previously mentioned. My email address is juanr@marshbrothersaviation.com
I would be more than happy to supply prototypes of what we end up making.

Company called D’Shannon has numerous STCs for improving mainly Beechcraft types. A couple of the most popular are baffle improvement kits that lower CHTs on the hottest cylinders. Twin Cessnas suffer the same problem. If you developed a baffle mod that lowered the CHTs of #3 and #4 in cruise, I’m sure you’d have a winner. I’d buy it for sure (and would be glad to be a test mule).
 
I am always amazed at how many 310 owners do not know how to latch the entrance door shut from the outside and complain about a wet seat. Most of the chronic problems are due to people not reading the owners or maintenance manuals.
