Hello everyone, I am a student at a part 141 school nearing the end of commercial multi training. So far, I have met all R-ATP requirements. For reasons I won't get into, I am low on availability and also have a few concerns with management at the school I have been training at and would prefer not to work with them anymore if possible. I already am committed to completing CFI and beyond at a part 61 operator. I have a few lessons left of commercial multi - just some review flights, the in-house version of the checkride, and then the actual FAA checkride. All major requirements such as the 250NM XC are completed. My question is, am I able to avoid the final phase of the multi training with the part 141 school and instead complete it at the part 61 without experiencing any major setbacks? The part 61 school itself has indicated their willingness to work with me on this, but I don't know if I lose any R-ATP eligibility for example by doing this. I'm familiar with the requirements, but seeing as the remaining work is very little and all the major requirements for the section have already been satisfied, I couldn't determine if I would be losing out on anything. Circumstantially, it would be much preferred if I could go ahead and finish at the part 61. All advice is appreciated, thanks everyone.
