Streamlining my FAA Wing curriculum

I'm updating my flight review and doing the Wing program. In reviewing a course that I thought looked interesting, it added it to my checklist. How do I remove it from my checklist to pre-empt a CFI thinking I have something incomplete?

Personally, the only time I worry about verifying ground activities is when we use one of the very few flight activities which require me to verify them. I think there are only one or two of those. Even when I do verify them, it's not with the "checklist." I use the activity history. Your CFI might be different.

Ah well. I didn't find it, so I just did the course. It was a lot longer that the 40 mins that it says.
