It was a good day.

Where did you fly?

Though the weather's been nice here I haven't been up a lot lately, sadly

My wife cried in my arms this morning - never a good start to the day for any husband :dunno:

The weather was beautiful though and we got a good walk in during lunch. We are young and healthy and know how lucky we are overall.

Although it was an interesting day, I can't really tell yet whether it was good or bad.

I had a very similar experience, but we are NOT young. At least I know how lucky we are, even if she doesn't.

Every day is decent, some better than others. Today was on par for average I’d say. Thankful to be able to take care of my pups and family.

"On average, we live pretty well: worse than last year, but definitely better than next year." -- Russian proverb

As I've grown older, I've come to realize that in some aspects Dostoevsky was an optimist.

But as far as today goes, I had a great day. Work went smoothly, no crashes on the commute, glass of iced tea beside me, and the electricity and Internet works almost all the time.

It was fairly cool and light winds across the runway, all in all a great day for Nov. So I hopped in the flivver and did some TO and landings. On my third take off(I rarely do T&G due to the flap and gear settings) I decided to do a near max perf take off. With 10deg of flaps, and a light x wind, I got 1900FPM single pilot with full 10gal aux and half tanks in the main. I've had it over 2000FPM on colder days, or if I haul back to 65MPH but that's rather uncomfortable.

Looked out at a clear day, CAVU and no one on the radio. Made four very good landings in a row, so took it home for a bath.

Had the event of the day gone the other way and this post was made, I’m sure it would’ve been locked/deleted immediately. “No politics” my butt

I had a good day yesterday, too. Woke up to some very good news, including that my sister and her new husband made it safely to their home after their honeymoon, and then had a very productive day around the house getting stuff done while chatting with one of my other sisters on the phone. The day was followed by a very cozy evening of homemade dinner, a nice chat with my MIL over the phone, and reading together with @2-Bit Speed and the cats on the couch until it was bedtime. I am grateful that I live in America where I can lead such a comfortable and wonderful life.

It's a sign that the PoA deep state is performing well when both sides complain equally of bias and persecution.

I think YOU are the one assuming what people were referring to.

assumptions are rampant.
