Are these guys legit? Seems that asking for a some cash up front to have the privilege to bid with no mention of a refund seems a little odd to me. I get it with some of the car auctions you need to buy a ticket for entrance, but with all the scams these days.....

I have no idea if they are legit or not. But read their terms and conditions page....this is what it says in regards to deposits:

Deposits submitted to Auction Firm’s escrow account by registered bidders that were not the successful bidder will be returned via transfer instructions provided by the registered bidder.
