Piper down Louisville

I know it says it’s a Piper but I had to look twice since both wings are still on it.
 
i guess all pipers are "cubs".(00:14). Nice landout in an adverse situation.
 
Serial number 7 of the Cherokee line. N5006w sn 28-7
 
Those N5000 numbers stand out from the early ads! That was the first thought when I saw the photo.
 
Hopefully all involved will recover fully.
