Sounds like it’s going to be a good turn out already. @RyanB maybe you can put a banner on the POA website promoting this event and also to let everyone know that they are welcome to join, it can be the signature fly-in for POA. I mean given the dessert selection, my mouth is watering already. They must have had 10 different cake selections at the restaurant and my buddy asked for a strawberry cheesecake and one appeared!! and a whole can of whipped cream to go with it. I mean it was memorable. I’m a foodie ;) if you cannot tell.
 
The dates for the Fly-In sound good to us. We've added it to our calendar.

Booked the 2 bed cottage for Apr 24-27 arriving Thursday thru Sunday. Can’t wait for their desserts. *Mouth watering emoji*
 
I've reserved my club plane. As always, given the distance, <25% chance you'll see me.
 
Could someone provide a link to the accommodations? if the weather is rubbish we'll jump in the vette and drive :D

they typically have us start reserving after Jan 1 and give us some kind of group discount. the options are cabins, lodge rooms or camping (although I've never seen anyone camping)

We had a great time this year... it's a "priority item" on my calendar for 2025!
 
reservations are open early this year. tell them you're with 'pilots of america' but there's also a group code that I forgot, which is nice.

their cancellation policy is much better than gaston's, but I don't recall it specifically. I think it's like a day or two before, full refund but don't quote me.

discount for poa, discount code is 3286 but I'm not sure that's ever worked for us before. just say pylots of murica.
