Project 2025 is a wishlist from an independent conservative organization. It is not a proposed law or any kind of actionable bill. Trump has disavowed it. The greatest significance it can possibly have is to indicate the thinking of some of the people who might be advising Trump. IMHO it's just being thrown around as an election year boogeyman with no substance but that's getting into areas of discussion best had elsewhere.
