Hello all,

I've heard the horror stories .. Now, does anyone have a good quality, punctual, avionics shop recommendation in So-cal..or even the western US?( I've heard of one in Iowa?Idaho?)

As long as there is commercial airline out I dont mind flying my airplane ( Piper Arrow III) to the shop. Trying to schedule and be out before end of 2024.
Looking to swap a Garmin 335 for a 345.. and replace a 430 with a 750.. Thanks

Good luck finding and getting on someones schedule.
We have a good shop local but it is too far away for you.
I am picking up my buddy tomorrow morning with my plane after dropping off his arrow II for a GFC500 and a couple G275. His wait was 7 months.

You should get some one close as you can because there is always questions an issue you will need assistance sporty is very good but very busy there is other close just keep researching

Scheduling now and being done before the end of the year is going to be tough anywhere.

Spencers in Puyallup WA is solid. But like most, very busy and hard to schedule.

C&T Aviation in Madera, CA. Chris is a grumpy bastard sometimes and not exactly a social butterfly, but he has really high standards and attention to detail. I've used him for minor avionics stuff in the past and he's heading up the install on my avionics as we speak. They're busy like everywhere, but my sense is they could probably get you sorted within your timeline.
