What's wrong with a dutch roll in a passenger jet?

I Googled Dutch Roll, hoping to find some type of pastry by that name. All I found was marijuana references...

I could be wrong here, but…. I think what the GA does for coordination practice, is not a *true* Dutch roll.
I’m not even certain that a straight wing airplane can do a true Dutch roll.
I believe they can, but not as pronounced. The GA coordination practice usually turns into a Dutch roll movement when the rudder timing gets out of synch.

Dutch rolls are a form of negative dynamic stability, and occur when yaw and roll stability negatively interact with each other.
Gold star for that. This explained it to me clearly. Appreciate it.

If not managed correctly, it can lead to large side loads on the vertical stabilizer causing damage. Remember the AA flght that crashed in NY out of JFK. They found damage on the tail of the Southwest jet as well.
