Looking for a third partner in our Cessna 310Q based at EFD (Houston, TX). Share includes FACTORY NEW ENGINES to arrive in 2024.
Both owners are Professional/Airline Pilots, ATP, CFI, CFII, MEII. I'm also an A&P. Ideally we would like bring in another professional pilot.
You must already have a multi-rating and be insurable on our current policy.
We've done a lot of upgrades and extensive maintenance since 2019.

Garmin GTX345 ADS-B In/Out
Garmin Aera 660 with ADS B and XM weather
Garmin GDL51 XM weather and audio receiver
Garmin GMA 350c Audio Panel

Century 2000 AP. Works great!
Arctic "Real Air" Freon Air Conditioner. Keeps cool in Texas heat!
All fluid hoses replaced in 2020. Extensive annual in 2020 and 2021.
LED interior and exterior lights.
2020 OH props and prop governors.
2021 interior (with soundproofing and corrosion treatment), new windows, and Rosen visors
2022 Landing Gear Side Brace Kit installed
2023 New Paint; installed Vortex Generators; Leather wrapped yokes; Replaced wingtip glass and installed Whelen LED's; Upgraded and replaced JPI 790 display.
