    HIMS Backlog

Months ago, I was told the same thing. I already have my Blue Ribbon file. I requested specifically my applicant notes and since I have a FED-EX account, it arrived a few days later. You might consider just asking for your applicant notes. I don't need my full file.

Thank you. I did that today. I have a FED-EX account. So I should have that pretty fast.

That's crazy. I did that from the first letter. The first phsyc report was almost a year old and that is why they requested that. I also have been seeing my HIMS AME every 3 months with reports from him sent it. With them not responding on time, it's a never ending cycle.

Thank you. I was not looking for a decision change. I got a letter over 9 months ago stating: For SI Consideration, please submit: 1. Cog screening results. 2. Updated HIMS psychiatrist report. 3. New HIMS AME report. All this was sent over 7 months ago. The file went to "under review"...

    HIMS Backlog

Thank you. That's good to know. Mainly I was going to outline my timeline and what I have accomplished. I am pushing 16-17 months and have been 100% compliant. This is just frustrating.

Thank you. Do you think they might retaliate? I have done everything they asked for plus more. My last letter was 9 months ago. I submitted everything they wanted over 7 months ago and it is in stall mode on Med Express. Now my HIMS AME stated to me that the FAA will not allow the HIMS AME...

Thank you. I am at 15 months. I got a final letter 9 months ago stating: For SI consideration, please submit your COG screening report, your updated HIM Psychiatrist Report, a new HIMS AME report. This was all submitted along with a new medical application and a HIMS AME report along with...

    Abuse vs dependence

Is there anything I can do. I have been 100% compliant for over a year. I have literally done more then any of their letters asked for. I just want to get my medical and get back to flying.

    Abuse vs dependence

Thank you. That's what I was expecting. I did to all the requested items on the letter. All 3 HIMS doctors gave very favorable reports and all 3 stated it was abuse.

    Abuse vs dependence

I got such a letter at around the 8th month marker. Did all that was required with all favorable reports from HIMS psychiatrist, HIMS neuropsychologist, and HIMS AME. All three said abuse. This was all submitted and confirmed 4 months ago. It has moved from “transmit” to “review” over the...

Oh agreed. Throw a few ETG and some Peth in there also:)). And at least one 10 panel drug test. But it is what it is.

    Soberlink

For me it super convenient. I have a complex business. I also live in a very remote area and the closest lab is over 1.5 hours away. I also believe Soberlink is the most accurate real life measure. As others have mentioned, it's nearly impossible to beat a Soberlink. It is not financially...

    Soberlink

Soberlink is approved by the FAA and FDA. Soberlink also has face recognition and human breath recognition. It's undefeated in my opinion. You can even get the Connect version where it works anywhere in the world if you have data on your cell phone. I highly doubt BACTrack is approved by the...
