Leaseback calculator I made this spreadsheet to experiment with leaseback viability. Plug in your own numbers to see how it'll work out financially. Being a spreadsheet it requires a desktop or tablet to see the whole thing. As others have said, you need pretty high utilization to make it work.

I'm back in the saddle and it's time for my flight review then on to IPC. Any recommendations for a CFI (preferably CFII) in the area? Would be in my own airplane (PA-28). Thanks!
